 
Run by Kim Dyke and her husband Peter, a third generation fishmonger, Hillers Fish Shop provides fish and shellfish of the highest quality coupled with traditional service.
Fresh stock (not frozen) arrives daily from the coast all around the UK. At the end of each day anything that has not sold from the counter is removed and sold on to a network of caterers and restaurants, so you can be sure that the fish you buy is always fresh. Kim, Pete and their staff are happy to prepare your fish for you, just tell them what you need. They will also pack your fish ready for you to freeze at home.
