When you access this website or place an order you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions which may change from time to time without notice.
Description of Products
We take all reasonable care to describe our products accurately, however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions or other content is error free. All sizes and measurements are approximate, however great care is taken to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of the goods. When an order is received by us we will send you an email confirming the order. When your order is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a further email confirming the shipment. Non-acceptance of an order could be due to items being unavailable or authorisation issues with your payment. Should there be any difficulties with your order we will let you know.
Payment
We accept payment from any major credit card except American Express and Diners. Payment will be positively sanctioned from your account before goods are dispatched. You undertake that you are authorised to use the credit/debit card given when you place your order.
General
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights. Your use of this site and purchases by you on this site of any products will be governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in mainland United Kingdom.

Delivery
Standard post costs £3.95 and will be with you 3-5 working days from date of order.
Express delivery costs £7.50 - orders placed before 12.00noon monday to friday will be dispatched the same day to arrive with you on the next working day.
Our standard post price of £3.95 is for deliveries in the UK only. For destinations outside the UK please email us at gifts@hillers.co.uk for a quote prior to making an online order.
Returns and refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please return the item(s) within 14 days of purchase in perfect condition for a full product refund or a replacement.
As the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until delivered we recommend you send the goods to us by registered post.
Please note we do not refund postage charges on returned goods.

We regret that we can not refund or exchange ear-rings for pierced ears or any fragrances or cosmetics to include eye shadows, creams and perfumes.
